Dulles Triangles Photography and Videography Policy

Dulles Triangles (DTs) Members and guests participate in numerous events throughout the year. DTs photographs and occasionally video records attendees enjoying themselves at these activities. As a socially responsible organization, we are keenly aware of everyone’s right to privacy. We’ll do our best to honor your request to not publish or otherwise use photographic images or video recordings that include you if you notify us as described below. Otherwise, unless we’re advised in writing, Dulles Triangles reserves the right to use any photograph or video recording taken at any organized or sponsored event without the express permission of those included within the photograph or video.

Any person attending a Dulles Triangles event who does not wish to have their image recorded or distributed by DTs must explicitly tell us so, in writing, either by making their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contacting Dulles Triangles at info@dullestriangles.com.

If you fail to notify Dulles Triangles in writing not to use a photographic  image or video recording created during a DTs event that includes you, you implicitly agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Dulles Triangles from any and all claims involving the use of your picture, likeness, or activity. Persons or organizations not affiliated with Dulles Triangles may not use, copy, alter, distribute, or modify Dulles Triangles’ photographs, graphics, videography, or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee of Dulles Triangles.
